Unless agreed otherwise in writing, product pricing is based on EXW terms and freight is charged separately.
Order Delivery Time
The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.
Processing time is normally 3-7 business days after payment confirmation for in-stock products. Large, mixed, customized, or replenishment orders may require additional handling or production time.
Shipping time is usually 5-14 days. During peak season, holidays, carrier congestion, customs inspections, remote-area delivery, or other special conditions, shipping time may be 14-30 days.

The available method for a specific order depends on destination, order size, product type, package weight, carrier availability, and any special handling requirements.
Shipping Fee
Shipping fee at checkout is calculated from the settlement freight table used by bqwholesale.com. The current table is 2026-06-net-weight, based on total product net weight and destination shipping zone.
The public freight table below is displayed in USD. EUR shipping estimates are available at checkout after selecting EUR, using the site's daily exchange-rate sync. Freight conversion is independent from product price management.
The website chooses the first table weight tier that is greater than or equal to the total product net weight in the cart. When an order is outside the table range, customer service may confirm the final freight before shipment.
Shipping estimates cover delivery to express service stations and nearby standard service areas. Remote areas may require an additional remote delivery fee.
For real-time freight, please contact customer service. If you pay directly, shipment will proceed after any final freight difference is adjusted.
Customs, Duties, and Delays
The buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance, restricted import checks, and destination charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery may be delayed by customs inspections, carrier congestion, weather, public health events, holidays, strikes, or other events outside our control.
